OECD eChemPortal updated with latest ECHA data

OECD eChemPortal updated with latest ECHA dataData on more than 1.3 million endpoints for 27,000 substances registered with ECHA under REACH are now available on the OECD eChemPortal. The updated information includes more than 186 new substances from ECHA’s REACH registration database, bringing the total number to 26,673 substance records. In addition, 18207 endpoint records have been added for all substances, bringing the total to 1.35 million.

eChemportal allows users to search and perform searches by chemical identifier, chemical property, and hazard classification. eChemPortal also includes data from many other sources worldwide.

 

Free entry

The eChemPortal provides free public access to chemical property information collected by various global government chemistry programs.

 

OECD and ECHA

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is responsible for the development and maintenance of the eChemPortal. The portal is hosted by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

 

Responsibilities

The data sources accessed through the eChemPortal are managed by the organizations that create them. They are, of course, responsible for maintaining the links from the eChemPortal to their local data sources.
